Defines interface for a class that mask data values

Class Summary

Mask	The displayMask element specifies the type of masking to be used to hide the value from un-authorized users.
MaskFormatterLiteral	The maskLiteral element is used to completely hide the field value for unauthorized users.
MaskFormatterSubString	The maskTo element is to used hide the beginning part of the value for unauthorized users.
