org.kuali.rice.kew.user.EmplId
use EmployeeId instead

org.kuali.rice.kew.dto.UserIdDTO
UserIdDTO should no longer be used. Instead, there should be alternate API methods which reference Strings containing principal ID

use PrincipalId instead

this is unreliable user docTypeId to retrieve document type
