DescriptionBuilds a Java Archive (JAR) file from the compiled project classes and resources. The only functional difference in the Kuali version of this plugin is that execution of the test-jar mojo is automatically skipped for projects with a packaging type of 'pom'. The Maven version prints a warning that no content as been marked for inclusion but still creates and deploys a "-tests.jar" for pom projects.
